I’m absolutely in love with this restaurant and I’m pretty sure this will never ever change! Whenever I have the chance to eat out there I do so. It is so easy to find some absolutely delicious vegan/vegetarian food; even my non-vegan friends really did like it. Sadly, I’m wayyyyy to quickly full otherwise I would eat so much more…
Something I always enjoy is the magical decoration: There are birch trunks everywhere and my personal favorite is the cute water well. You will definitely feel comfortable there, I promise.
But let’s talk about vegan food… They’ve got three super yummy burgers (you can also have them served wrapped up into some lettuce instead of bread), lots of side dishes and dips – Yaaaay avocado. I always order some sweet potato fries, they are my all-time favorite as well as the Butterbirnen Burger! So if you have the ability to check this place out you should definitely give it all try (:
Dieses Restaurant verzaubert mich immer wieder aufs Neue und ich denke nicht, dass sich das jemals ändern wird! Jedes Mal wenn ich die Möglichkeit habe dort hinzugehen wird man mich dort wieder finden. Es ist so herrlich einfach etwas veganes zu bekommen (ebenso vegetarisches) und noch dazu super lecker – dieser Ansicht sind auch meine nicht-veganer Freunde. Leider bin ich immer viel früher satt als mir lieb ist, sonst würde ich noch so viel mehr essen…
Was ich an dem Lokal ganz besonders mag ist die magische Einrichtung: Überall sind Birkenstämme verteilt und mein Favorit ist der schöne Brunnen. Da fühlt man sich gleich total wohl!
Und was das Essen betrifft… Für Veganer gibt es drei wirklich leckere Burger (auch brotlos in Salat serviert) und diverse Beilagen mit tollen Dips zur Auswahl (yaaaay Avocado!), wobei die Süßkartoffeln bei mir niiiiie fehlen dürfen hahah! Mein Lieblings Burger ist übrigens der Butterbirne, der ist unschlagbar lecker. Also falls ihr mal die Möglichkeit habt dort zu essen, kann ich es nur mehr als empfehlen (:
