I took some time of today, spending most of the time in my bed, drinking green tea and reading this amazing book… & OMG I’m sure it wasn’t last time reading it! It’s a super funny, informative & real nutritional guide to health. Absolutely love & highly recommend it!

Ich habe mir heute etwas Zeit für mich genommen, mich laaange ins Bett gekuschelt, grünen Tee getrunken und dieses super Buch gelesen… & ich bin mir sicher, dass das nicht das Letzte Mal war, dass ich es gelesen habe! Es ist einfach super lustig und informativ geschrieben, mit vielen hilfreichen Tipps für die Gesundheit. Ich kann es echt nur empfehlen!
