Black Smoothie Bowl

Goooood Morning! I felt super tired today so I needed something to give me a total energy boost – There is probably no better way to get energized than by eating a wonderful smoothie bowl!

 

Zutaten/Ingredients

1,5 Tassen gefrorene Beerenmischung
1/2 Tasse Reis-Kokos Milch
1/2 Zitrone (Saft)
1 Banane
1/2-1 TL Spirulina
1/2 TL Maca Pulver
10 g Ingwer
1-2 EL Agavendicksaft
1/2 TL Leinöl
eine Handvoll Spinat
1,5 cups of frozen Berries
1/2 cup of Rice-Coconut Milk
1/2 Lemon (juice)
1 Banana
1/2-1 tsp Spirulina
1/2 tsp Maca Powder
10 g Ginger
1-2 tbsp of Agave
1/2 tsp Flaxseed Oil
a handful of Spinach


Zum Dekorieren/For the Toppings

Goji-Beeren
Kokosraspeln
Vanille
Mandeln
eine Kiwi
Goji Berries
Coconut flakes
Vanilla
Almonds
a Kiwi


Zubereitung
Mixe die Zutaten bis alles eine gute Konsistenz erlangt. Probiere anschließend, ob es dir ausreichend süß ist und gebe wenn nötig noch etwas Agavendicksaft oder Ähnliches hinzu.
Zum Schluss: Dekoriere die Smoothie Bowl mit (kleingeschnittenem) Obst, Nüssen, Samen, Granola,… Was auch immer dein Herz begehrt!

Method
Blend all of the ingredients until it reaches a nice consistency. Give it a taste, maybe you’d like to add a little more agave or any kind of sweetener.
For serving: Just top it all with some lovely (sliced) fruits, nuts, seeds, granola,… It’s totally up to you!
