Spinach Soup

Kokos Spinat Suppe
In my opinion soups are one of the best foods to have during the cold winter time.

 

Zutaten/Ingredients (Serves 2)

1 Dose Kokosmilch
1,5 Dosen Wasser
¾ Tasse Erbsen
4 Champignons
1 Handvoll Spinat (Tiefkühl)
1/3 Zucchini
1 Möhre
Sesam
1 can of Coconut Milk
1,5 cans of Water
¾ cup Peas
4 Mushrooms
1 hand full of Spinach (frozen)
1/3 Zucchini
1 Carrot
Sesame


Gewürze/Spices

1 Stückchen Ingwer
Salz & Pfeffer
1 TL Gemüsebrühe
3/4 TL Kurkuma
etwas Knoblauchpulver
etwas Agavendicksaft
1 piece of Ginger
Salt & Pepper
1 tsp Vegetable Stock
3/4 tsp Turmeric
Garlic
Agave


Zubereitung
Kokosmilch und Wasser in einem Topf zusammen mit den Gewürzen zum köcheln bringen (der Ingwer kann einfach als Ganzes gelassen werden). Anschließend die Zucchini, Möhre und Pilze kleinschneiden. Alles, bis auf den Sesam, hinzufügen und ca. 10 Minuten kochen lassen. Zum servieren etwas Sesam über die einzelne Portionen streuen.

Method
Add coconut milk, water and herbs to a pan (you don’t have to chop the ginger) and bring it to a boil. Afterwards cut the zucchini, carrot and mushrooms into bite size pieces. Place everything, except for the sesame, into the pan and let it cook for about 10 minutes. Sprinkle some sesame on top for serving.
